Bajo de Masinloc is under the jurisdiction of the town of Masinloc during the Spanish colonization era. Bajo de Masinloc is just about 120 nautical miles from Zambales coast and well inside the United Nation's mandated 200 miles Exclusive Economic Zones.

Apparently this Masinloc Church was built during the Spanish colonial era, however there is
no marker or plaque indicating the date it was built. Also the door is closed that time and not able to talk to the Priest or incharge of the Church.
